Everything else you need to know
Quick answers about content quality, upload rules and Media+.
Do I need lots of followers or views?
No. There is no minimum follower or view count. We care more about whether your content is watchable, promotes RhinoMC and shows genuine effort.
What counts as a RhinoMC Short?
A Short, TikTok or Reel must promote RhinoMC in at least one clear way. It can focus directly on RhinoMC, clearly show play.rhinomc.net on-screen, or include RhinoMC and the server address in the caption or description.
What counts as a full-length video?
It should normally be at least four minutes and primarily recorded on or about RhinoMC. Normal playthroughs can qualify. Clear audio or text and some editing, music, commentary or structure will greatly improve your chance of being accepted. Staff may decline content that is too low quality to represent the server.
Can I copy trends or video ideas?
Yes. Trends, formats and remade ideas are encouraged. You must create your own version and cannot steal or reupload somebody else’s actual video.
Can I make content about other servers?
Yes, as separate content. You cannot promote another server inside a RhinoMC video, Short, caption or post.
Do livestreams count?
Livestreams are welcome alongside normal videos, but streaming alone cannot earn or maintain Media. You still need to meet the Short or full-video upload requirement.
How often do I need to upload?
Upload at least one qualifying Short every 14 days or one qualifying full video every 30 days. Media may be removed if you stop posting. We may send a warning first, but a warning is not guaranteed.
Can I apply before posting about RhinoMC?
No. You must publish at least one qualifying piece of RhinoMC content before applying. If you are removed for inactivity, publish new RhinoMC content before applying again.
What is Media+?
Media+ is an invitation-only role for creators who consistently make strong or high-performing RhinoMC content. You cannot apply for it. Media+ may include extra permissions, greater promotion and opportunities for paid content work.
